SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 3-5 days for any online orders to ship.  All items ship via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you via email as soon as your order ships.

 

RETURNS

We accept all unused items with original tags & packaging within 14 days of delivery for return/exchange. Items are warranteed for life against any defects in materials or workmanship. This does not cover normal wear and tear on items. Email us to initiate a return authorization.

 

Buyer is responsible for any shipping costs to return item(s).

A refund will be issued once the returned item(s) are received.

CUSTOM WORK

Due to demand and the time it takes to create our pieces we typically do not take on custom work.

However, if you have a great idea, suggestion, or tweak to a product we would love to hear it!

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

While we do not have international shipping as an option in our webstore, we will ship internationally to select countries. Please send us a message with your address for an international shipping quote.
